Our Story

V-TAI started in 2013 as a contract manufacturer for European commercial-kitchen-equipment brands. Our founders had spent the previous decade in OEM dishwasher production, watching Western brands import Chinese-made machines, rebrand them at 3–4× the cost, and sell them through dealer networks that extracted further markup before reaching the actual restaurant owner. The math seemed wrong.

By 2016, we had developed our own product lines and begun selling under the V-TAI brand to international customers. Our thesis was simple: small commercial operators — independent bakeries, single-shop cafés, hotel pastry chefs, school cafeteria managers — deserve access to professional-grade equipment without paying the brand-prestige tax. By selling factory-direct with full transparency, we could deliver the same CE-certified safety and performance for a fraction of the premium-tier retail price.

That thesis has worked. Today V-TAI machines are deployed in over 60 countries across every populated continent. We have customers running our equipment in luxury Dubai hotel kitchens, Korean café chains, Australian patisseries, German Bäckereien, Brazilian pastry shops, and family bakeries in Lima, Bangkok, Johannesburg, Manila, and Riyadh.

What We Believe

• 1. Small bakeries deserve good equipment.

  The premium commercial-kitchen market has long ignored the small operator. We design for the bakery owner, not the corporate procurement team. Our entry-level machine starts at $4,400 FOB and delivers the same CE-certified safety standards as units that retail for 2–3× the price.

• 2. Honest pricing builds trust.

  We publish our prices. We respond to inquiries within 12 hours. We tell you what shipping will cost before you commit. For 18 major markets, we quote a single DDP landed price in local currency — no surprise freight forwarder invoices, no customs broker fees, no last-mile mystery.

• 3. The tray dictates the machine.

  If your dishwasher doesn't fit your tray, every other feature is irrelevant. The JD-3 chamber was sized around the 600×400 mm European Bakery Norm from day one — that's the standard used by Convotherm, Rational, Unox, and every other modern combi-oven brand. Most competing washers in this price class still use 500×500 mm racks that cannot fit the standard.

• 4. Service follows the sale, globally.

  We ship spare parts globally via international express courier to any country. The full circuit diagram travels inside each machine for any local electrician to use. We commit to parts availability for 7+ years from purchase date. No "your model is discontinued" surprises.

• 5. Engineering > marketing.

  We don't manufacture by license from a Western brand. The JD-3 was designed and engineered in Shenzhen using French Schneider Electric components, German DIN-standard fasteners, and Pearl-River-Delta supply-chain depth. Our cost advantage isn't from cutting corners — it's from cutting middlemen.
